Vadim has over 15 years of experience in the ICT sector, with deep expertise in telecommunications law and regulation, cybersecurity, data protection, spectrum policy, and market access frameworks across six continents. In his most recent role, he advised a satellite operator on global cross-border regulatory and licensing matters. Prior to that, he worked at several consultancies and law firms, primarily advising clients on telecommunications and regulatory compliance issues.
Vadim holds an LL.M. from Queen Mary University of London and works in English, German, Russian, and Estonian.
